Upon arrival, owner stated the thermostat is not operating the way it is set to operate. Found 2007 thermostat wanting to be replaced. Replace thermostat only. Recommended condenser coil cleaning, duel capacitor, contactor; owner declined. System operating in all cycles at this time.

Replaced a GFCI breaker and separated a doubled up breaker.

Troubleshoot power outage in upstairs

Replaced master single piece Kohler and basement 2 piece American Standard toilets with new Kohler toilets. Replaced failed thermal expansion tank. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Please allow 24 hours before cleaning or sweeping around the base of the toilets. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Romans tub leaking. Pressure was 81 psi. Replaced PRV and recommended monitoring faucet for leaks.

Returned to repair cut drain line. Condensate line draining into plumbing stack. Tested condensate pump and verified no leaks in area where work was performed.

Cut into 3/4” before the main valve and install a tee, valve, and hose bib for the front of the house mounting to the siding. Pressurize and clean the area. Replace the diverter in the master bathroom shower with new diverter.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Replaced burnt outlet

Replaced conduit from meter side to weather head. Installed new weather head and restrapped conduit. Ran new 2/0 wire from meter to weather head.

Replaced shower valve due to extreme debris build up clogging the valve

Pulled toilet in master bathroom. Located improperly installed toilet flange installed below floor level causing leak. Installed new toilet flange at proper height. Installed new wax ring, hardware, supply line, and sealed at base of toilet. Checked water pressure and was high pressure at 73psi. Recommend installing a better quality PRV. Cleaned up.

Add zone system and a two thermostats

Reconfigured wiring for GFCI outlets in bathrooms.

Replaced and relocated hose Bibb

Installed main breaker panel in basement. Installed customer supplied smoke/carbon detectors. Updated grounding system and gfi protector as well as installed a surge protector under panel. Replaced meter outside as well

Service visit on Generac 38kw whole home generator

For this job we replace the ac and condenser for the in level and updated the thermostats.

Troubleshoot power loss to the receptacles in two offices upstairs. Found a bad neutral tap in the ceiling that burned wiring between some overhead junction boxes. Refed two boxes and made up three taps. Everything was working when we left.

Installed 5ft gas pipe to supply kitchen stove

Inspected toilet in hallway bathroom. Toilet fill valve was running constantly and shut off valve handle broke. Technician turned water off to home and replaced toilet shut off valve with new water supply line to toilet. Technician preformed a minor toilet tank rebuild. Turned water on and all tested good upon completion. Water pressure tested at 53psi.

Replace bathroom fan

Home owner wanted fire pit to be moved 2 feet forward to gain access between seats. Relocated the gas line 2 feet over. Placed a new sediment trap and new gas termination kit for 3/4 trac pipe. Installed a new gas shut off valve. Tested for leaks, no leaks. Painted the new gas line with gray paint to protect it from weather.

No power to outlets in front bedroom. Handyman installed a tv earlier today. Found the handyman pulled his wire incorrectly into the outlet where he tapped power. (Replaced the box and remade the tap). Found the ultimate reason for no power was the power feed was never tied in at the two gang switch tap. (Remade the tap and replaced both switches). Everything in the room was working when we completed.

Installed new customer supplied ceiling fan in the upstairs guest bedroom. I removed the existing box and installed a new ceiling fan rated box. I performed a troubleshoot on the upstairs guest bathroom vanity light. The light bulbs were very dim when on. The wiring harness connector for the light was starting to go bad so I bypassed the connector and now the light is functioning properly.

Replaced a bad exhaust fan motor in the upstairs front bathroom.

Removed and replaced dual capacitor. Checked operations.

Multiple repairs

Bring flue pipe up to code using double wall b vent. Replaced water heater venting with new single wall pipe. Added locking caps to outdoor unit.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Roughed in and finished bathroom.

Tankless water heater annual maintenance, replaced hand sprayer hose, and sealed faucet to countertop.

Replace the broken and loose receptacles on each side of the master bed. The left side we installed an “extra duty” cover to protect the cords and receptacle.

Performed spring maintenance on an 11 year old Lennox air handler and heat pump combo and and 11 year old Lennox furnace and condenser combo. Provided several quotes on repairs needed, upgrades to safeties, and to help ensure clean air is provided from the equipment.
